About
An independent F1 fan community, built by fans
African Grand Prix is a fan community built around one event: the Formula 1 African Grand Prix at Bugesera, Rwanda, confirmed on 13 October 2026 as the continent’s first world championship round since Kyalami in 1993. We follow the build, the people and the sport — made for fans who want more than a press release.
We are not Formula 1, the FIA, or any team’s platform. Nobody at Liberty Media, the FIA, or the Rwanda Development Board asked us to exist, reviewed what we post, or gets a say in it. That independence is the point: a fan community only works if its members can trust it to say what a sponsored one can’t.
